Dr. Emir Doğan is a highly distinguished Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon with over 15 years of clinical excellence and a track record of more than 15,000 successful surgical procedures. After earning his medical degree from the prestigious Gazi University Medical School, he completed his specialized residency in Ophthalmology and Oculoplastic Surgery at Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital.
